Ski & Snowboard Club at Georgia Tech

Lead an 11-person board for a 280+ member club, one of Georgia Tech's largest, running logistics for 12 regional and international trips on a $260K budget. Built the custom inventory platform the club runs on, tracking gear, rosters, and trip logistics.

Co-founded an early-stage startup using sensor fusion to detect maritime piracy and floating sea mines. I run business development, strategy and product design. Klaus Startup Challenge semi-finalist (top 10%, $600K prize pool).

Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity

Cut event costs 40% year over year across the categories I renegotiated, giving the chapter its largest budget surplus on record. Built a pipeline that reads reimbursement receipts, checks them against budget and expense rules, and preps the payouts I review and release.
